The winery Backhouse was created by Roy Cecchetti and his wife Rachael in 2006 with half a hectare of vineyard in the Sonoma Valley. The growing operation then developed by investing the promising area of Mendocino. Located in Northern California, near the Napa and Sonoma, this vineyard enjoys an ideal location.
Featured grape of California, Zinfandel is also a little chameleon. It can give wines with very different styles that evoke alternately Pinot Noir, Gamay or Malbec or Cabernet Franc.
