The area of the enclosure is 29 hectares of vineyards in organic farming (Ecocert certification) on 4 levels of Chablis appellation and including some of the finest vineyards of the vineyard. The field is located in the heart of Chablis on a large estate, the former home of the monks workers Pontigny Abbey, including a large building from the 19th and underground party cellar built in 2016.
The vineyards of Chablis are in the northernmost part of the wine region of Burgundy, along the Serein. They are exposed south-southeast, which allows a good grape ripening. This vineyard wants above all offer quality wines, thus favoring chardonnay. The main vineyards of the Yonne has convinced all wine lovers with its dry white to distinctiveness.
